The position offers first-year earnings of

57,000,

which is dependent on your experience and proven ability. On-target earnings (OTE) for the right candidate could also reach up to

63,000

average, with top performers earning upwards of

70,000

toas much as

95,000.

What you'll be doing:



Working from a database of high volume, pre-qualified leads Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs (no self-generation). Advising customers on the best options regarding their mortgage Building rapport with customers Acting in accordance with current regularly procedures

What we're looking for:



Previous Mortgage Advisor experience is preferred but not essential Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent Motivated when working towards KPIs & targets Highly organised with ability to manage own workload Proactive self-starter who takes initiative Excellent communicator Team player Ability to build rapport with customers
