Junior Case Executive



Full-Time Monday to Friday (9-5)| In-Office Role / Hybrid after Successful Training Period (1 day WFH) | Stafford (ST16)

What You'll Do:



As our Case Executive, you'll be at the heart of operations, managing caseloads and providing essential support to Solicitors and Doctors. You'll utilise cutting-edge case management software (Proclaim by Access) to ensure smooth workflows while playing a key role in the creation of medical reports. You'll also handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep everything running like clockwork, from file management to responding to client queries.

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided):



- Operate case management software (Proclaim by Access) to handle caseloads.

- Maintain and update client databases with confidential information.

- Manage administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and archiving.

- Respond promptly to client queries with exceptional service.

- Collaborate with solicitors and doctors to ensure smooth operations.

- Answer phones, take messages, and provide essential support to the team.

- Presentable and professional.

- The ability to be proactive and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

- Empathetic, with the ability to understand client and expert needs.

- Computer literate, particularly with Excel, including using the filter and sorting functions.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- Ambitious and eager to grow with the company.

- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.

Your Experience & Qualifications:



- Degree-level education or relevant work experience.

- Prior experience in a professional or legal environment is ideal.

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software systems.
