Good news \xe2\x80\x93 we\xe2\x80\x99re on the lookout for a Case Handler / Finance Administrator (internally known as Property Services Executive) to be responsible for delivering schemes and support administration services under The Development Bank of Wales\xe2\x80\x99s Property Services function.

The role of Property Services Executive will look after several of our schemes to ensure high quality and efficient delivery. The schemes will include; The Leaseholder Support Scheme, The Help to Buy Wales Scheme, Green Business Loan Scheme and the Future Property Services Schemes.

As part of the Property Services team, you will also help to support the services delivered to internal stakeholders which will include telephony and email enquiries, administration of DBW bids, the delivery and optimisation of ongoing business processes such as Portfolio Impact on Investment forms.

We are looking for an individual that has or is;

Self-motivated with the ability to take a proactive approach and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

An understanding of risk assessment and eligibility processes & procedures.

Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.

Dedicated to self development

Confident in own decision-making capability.

The ability to prioritise and organise work under pressure.

Excellent accuracy and high attention to detail.

IT/PC literate with ability to use Microsoft Office packages
