Case Management Project Officer
Salary- 28,608 - 32,089 per annum
Full time/ fixed term contract 31st until August 2026
About the Role
Temporary fixed term position to support the implementation of a case management system in Student Support Services, reporting to Project Lead.

• To provide admin and coordination support to the SSS case management team, facilitating development and delivery of the case management system.
• To be the visible and proactive liaison for all intra-department aspects of the SSS Case Management project.
• To develop expertise in the CMS system and deliver training and ongoing support to all users.
• To actively support the project team with external liaison and roll out of the SSS case management system.
