. You'll work warm, inbound enquiries (no cold calling), guiding customers from first chat to funded deal via our partners while owning your own pipeline end-to-end.
What you'll do
Engage promptly with
warm, pre-quoted
enquiries to understand needs, budget, and priorities.
Manage each engagement end-to-end: quotes, docs, partner updates and Lender queries.
Keep an organised pipeline in our CRM with accurate notes and next actions.
Collaborate with partners, dealers, and colleagues to
remove hurdles
and close deals fast.
Hit (and smash) personal and team KPIs across conversion and compliance quality.
Champion our "treat customers fairly" ethos and follow all process/training requirements.
What you'll bring
Minimum 1 year's experience in consumer finance
(e.g., personal loans or car finance).
Strong phone manner: empathetic, commercially sharp, and able to
build rapport fast

Target-driven with a customer-first mindset--comfortable balancing quality and pace.
Diligent with details (checks, documents, omissions) and confident using modern CRMs and Digital tools.

Compensation (self-employed)
Retainer:
1,500 per month
, paid
monthly in arrears

Commission:
bi-weekly
, paidin arrears.
Commission OTE:
~750 per week
.
Uncapped earnings OTE: ~1,125 per week
plus accelerators for top performers. (Full commission plan provided at offer stage)*
Working pattern
Hybrid with core hours when customers and partners are most active (Mon-Thu, 10am to 7:30pm)
Evenings will be required (exc. Friday) & weekend flexibility will increase conversions and earnings.

Warm inbound enquiries, in-house CRM & dialler, partner panel access, and compliance training.
Strategy, coaching, and peer support to help you ramp quickly upon your existing experience.

Pay: 24,420.00-55,000.00 per year
