Are you a highly organised and professional administrator with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join a leading specialist finance provider that offers tailored solutions to the UK property market.
In this vital role, you will be the main point of contact for brokers, managing their loan applications from submission through to completion. This position requires a candidate who is a proactive communicator, meticulous with details, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities of the Case Manager Specialist Property Finance:

  • Broker and Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for brokers via phone and email, providing updates on the status of their cases and answering queries.
  • Administration and Case Management: Accurately manage and maintain a pipeline of cases. Collect and verify necessary documentation, ensuring all files are complete and compliant.
  • Process Coordination: Proactively chase third parties and internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the application process, escalating complex matters when required.
  • System Management: Ensure all case details are accurately logged and updated in the company's CRM system.
Requirements for the successful Case Manager Specialist Property Finance:
  • Proven experience in a high-volume administrative or case management role.
  • Experience within a lending or mortgage environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • A high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
