This is a fixed term opportunity for four great candidates to join us for 6 months and help to make a real difference.

What's in it for you?




You will receive a salary of 30,105.50 pro rota. Cost of living pay award negotiated annually as a salary increase. Flexible, hybrid working - Our team is hybrid but with the nature of this role it will be mostly office based. We offer a generous annual leave entitlement. You will receive 23 days annual leave (pro rota), which increases with service, plus bank holidays, PLUS 3 given days which are usually used over the Christmas period when our main offices are closed. An easier commute: free use of Canterbury's Park and Ride, flexi bus tickets, and a cycle to work scheme. We work a 37-hour week Monday to Friday and do not work on Bank Holidays. About this Level 2 Cases Services Officer job:




Here's what you will be doing:




This role is administration focused and will be an integral part of preparing data to transfer to a new records system Collating information from various sources Creating, updating and management of records on our internal systems Data cleansing of internal systems ready for transfer Digitising of paperwork to document management system Transfer of electronically held documents to a new filing system Scanning and filing of legal documentation

Working pattern





You will be working a 37 hour week Monday to Friday, excluding bank

holidays. You should be available to work between 08:30am and 17:00 as these are the service open hours.


The role is a 6 month fixed term contract. Our team is hybrid but with the nature of this work it will be mostly office based

About you, you will have the following:




Computer literate including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs and experience of case management systems Good administrative skills with attention to detail when updating or creating records in case management systems. Checking and verifying documents Work as a team player Good communication skills, both written and verbal Resilience to working in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
