Hours:

Monday-Friday 8 hours per day (including a paid 30-minute lunch break) with a shift pattern of 9am-5 pm or 10am-6pm.

Case Support Administrator

to join our expanding team.

The Role



As a Case Support Administrator, you'll play a crucial part in helping our cases progress efficiently by liaising with financial institutions, processing documentation, and supporting estate payments. Working closely with our Case Managers and other departments, you'll help ensure we continue delivering a top-tier service to our clients and beneficiaries.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, handling a high volume of tasks with precision and professionalism. Every day will bring something new, and you'll be supported in developing your skills as you grow with us.

Key Responsibilities



Liaise with organisations and financial institutions to progress estate cases Manage estate documentation, including client identification, contracts, and payments Maintain accurate records and tracking tools Draft and audit correspondence to beneficiaries Support internal communications and workflow Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities
