Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the PNC & Disposals Team who research and undertake updates on the Police National Computer (PNC) and linked systems.

The core responsibilities of the role are:

Undertake updates on linked systems and PNC in relation to arrest/summons numbers, remands, court appearances, bail conditions, court results and out of court disposals Update systems within required timescales in line with national policy, data standards and local procedures ensuring the accuracy of the data and compliance with data legislation Deal with enquiries from HMCTS and other partner agencies Verify data received via interfaces, extract and input relevant updates and disposals , researching and correcting discrepancies Undertake research for the monthly PNC impending prosecutions using internal and external systems and liaise with Officers, Staff and Courts Deal with enquiries from Officers and staff in relation to disposals recorded on systems
This is a permanent position. Hours of work are 14.8hrs per week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,106.00-29,109.00 per year

Expected hours: 14.8 per week
