Location: Belfast (Hybrid)


Salary:

27,432 to 28,826 per annum


Hours: 35 per week


Contract: Fixed term contract (until 21st March 2028)

, you'll deliver vital support to refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants across the UK. You'll help people navigate complex systems, access their rights, and rebuild their lives. What will a day in the life of a

Casework Coordinator

involve?


Providing advice and advocacy on welfare, housing, health and asylum support. Coordinating emergency provisions like hardship payments, hygiene packs and hot meals. Supporting and managing volunteers to deliver high-quality casework services. Building relationships with external partners to ensure holistic support for service users.

To be a successful

Casework Coordinator

, what will you need?


Experience delivering casework to vulnerable clients, ideally within refugee or asylum contexts. Strong communication skills, including working with interpreters and diverse communities. The ability to manage volunteers and work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment. Knowledge of asylum seekers' rights and entitlements, and how to advocate effectively.
