Shwmae! We're hiring a Caseworker Team Leader (Job Share)
Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of older people? Do you have a natural ability to lead and support others?
We're looking for a Caseworker Team Leader to join our team on a job share basis, working 18.5 hours per week across Wednesday (1/2 day), Thursday and Fridays.
In this role, you'll support customers to live independently, manage a small team of dedicated caseworkers across Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion, and help deliver practical solutions - from home adaptations to advice on income and wellbeing.

Salary: 17k - 18.5k (18.5 hours)
Closing Date: Monday 2nd June 2025 (9.30am)
Interview Date: Tuesday 10th June.
