An exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a team that make a real difference to the quality of life for those people who are having difficulty accessing their homes. Working with older and disabled people their families and carers you will be the main point of contact supporting them through the process of having their homes adapted.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Aides, Surveyors, Caseworkers, Technicians and a TEC Hub team. We provide services to assist those who are having difficulty accessing their homes, either through old age or disability, to continue to live independently.
As a Caseworker you will have a strong customer focus putting the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will also have excellent administrative and computer skills and be very organised, work well under pressure, be confident, and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of team.
This position is mostly home and office working with occasional home visits.
This post is not suitable for 100% remote working as you will be required to attend the office and carry out visits within the Bristol boundary.
