About the role-





As a Caseworker you will:


deliver excellent services to adult victims of crime through the direct provision of information, practical and emotional help from the point of crime and where appropriate, onwards throughout the criminal justice process. help people cope and recover from the effects of crime. act as a single point of contact, undertaking effective need and risk assessments. coordinate the overall delivery of the cope and recovery plan and recovery journey, working closely with other service providers to meet the needs of victims.

You will need:


Previous experience delivering a service and working directly with service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting Previous experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or families To be able to work without direct supervision, prioritising work and managing competing demands The ability to complete needs and risk assessments To demonstrate empathy
