Caseworker (Litigation) - Legal Firm - London (Freelance/Case-by-Case)

We are a progressive legal practice based in London, and Manchester . We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Caseworker to join our team on a case-by-case freelance basis .

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience handling litigation matters in a UK-based legal environment. A Law degree (LLB) is required. A valid practising certificate (Solicitor or Barrister) is preferred but not essential; candidates with substantial litigation experience in legal firms will also be considered. Full fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential. Proficiency in legal case management systems (CMS) is mandatory. Strong computer literacy, including the ability to effectively utilise Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g. for legal research, drafting, and workflow optimisation), is required. Knowledge of additional languages such as Farsi, Arabic, Russian, or others is a strong advantage.
Role Details:

Freelance / Case-by-case basis. Flexibility in workload and hours. Independent management of legal files, client communications, and case preparation.
