We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caseworker to join our Entry into Service Team. Who We Are: Here at Recovery Solutions, our multi-disciplinary team provides vital support to individuals experiencing challenges relating to substance use.
We are committed to empowering our service users through tailored interventions and compassionate care, providing a pathway to recovery. Purpose of the Role: This is a caseworker role with a specialist focus on liaising with pharmacies.
In this role, you will act as a key communication bridge between the service and community pharmacies, ensuring that prescription and medication-related processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community pharmacies and other key stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between the service and pharmacy partners.
Manage prescription administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct screenings and assessments to identify client needs.
Develop and implement tailored recovery plans.
Collaborate with clinical teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
Work proactively and flexibly to engage clients and meet service needs.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with vulnerable populations ideally those affected by substance use, domestic abuse, or homelessness.
Experience in or with pharmacy services in a healthcare setting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multi-agency settings. Confidence in working independently and managing a varied caseload.
A commitment to trauma-informed, strength-based approaches.
Understanding of substance misuse treatment and recovery pathways.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role and you must have access to your own vehicle with business insurance this must be in place prior to starting the role (if not already held).
