Are you passionate about evidence-based research that drives real-world impact? This consultancy will help the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement make smarter decisions about how humanitarian cash assistance is delivered. By analysing cost-efficiency across recent emergency responses, you'll help answer key questions: What makes aid delivery more efficient? Which factors matter most? And how can we do better with limited resources? Your work will guide future investments, influence global best practices, and support a humanitarian reset focused on doing more with less.
A day in the life of a Cash Hub Contractor will involve:
Reviewing financial and operational data from recent RCRCM emergency responses.
Engaging with finance, logistics, and programme teams to understand cost structures.
Developing and testing a methodology tailored to RCRCM's unique operating models.
Producing clear, evidence-based reports and tools to support decision-making and advocacy.
To be a successful Cash Hub Contractor, you'll need:
Proven experience in evaluating Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) in emergencies.
Strong research skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
