Cash Management Assistant

Cash Management Assistant
- Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining cash book records for various clients and preparing information for trustee meetings
Daily and monthly bank checks (balances, BACS rejections, unusual transactions, reconciliations)
Processing pensioner payrolls for various pension schemes
Submitting statutory year end returns and issuing P60 files to outsourcing companies
Cash Management Assistant
- You:
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) with Maths and English Grade 5 or above
Previous experience of providing cash management and accounting services
Competent user of Microsoft Office
Previous experience of providing pension payroll with a third-party administrator or in-house pension scheme desirable
