The VP Lawyer will provide expert legal advice and support within the financial services industry, focusing on cash management products and services. This role is based in London and involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering strategic legal solutions

  • Provide legal advice on cash management products and services within the financial services sector.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to Corporate banking matters.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and international regulatory requirements.

  • Advise on risk management strategies and help mitigate legal risks.
