Join as a Cash Management Sales Specialist within the UK Cash Sales Team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative cash management and liquidity solutions to Large Corporate clients to establish Barclays as one of the market leaders in the field of cash management and being fully aligned to the Corporate Bank Coverage teams.
In this role, you will but are not limited to, delivering a consultative sales approach to structure and sell complex cash and liquidity management solutions, while driving new business acquisition and protecting existing revenue. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including senior treasury professionals, and collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor integrated solutions. The role also involves identifying cross-sell opportunities and contributing to the development of innovative cash management offerings.
To be successful as a Cash Management Sales Specialist, you 'll need to have:
Expertise in cash management, with strong knowledge of industry products, market trends, and evolving client needs
Proven sales experience
Experience in client-facing roles, with a consultative approach to structuring and delivering tailored solutions
A strong track record in developing new client relationships, with confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
