Job Description
Castell Howell Foods is Wales' leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Cashier based at our Cash & Carry in Carmarthen.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail orientated Cashier to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience along with a high level of accuracy to handle cash and card transactions. Duties will include:
Receiving customer payments Maintaining customer accounts Organise and collect overdue payments/debtors Discuss overdue accounts/debtors with management Monitor new account credit limits
What we offer:
A full-time position working Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 plus a 1 in 3 week rota of weekends and a 19:30 finish on Monday and Thursday. You will be entitled to a day off the following week.
