Cashier/Admin position - fulltime or part time considered.
5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
At least two year Previous experience in an accounts based field.
Logical and methodical.
Able to use initiative.
Be a good organiser.
Be numerate.
Be able to work to deadlines.
Brief summary of Cashier duties:
Dealing with day to day accounts in accordance with Solicitor Rules Regulations.
Banking transactions and bank reconciliation daily, setting up property completion transactions payments, posting to individual account ledgers, cheque requisitions, producing cheques, taking payments, posting bills, paying suppliers. Liaising with Clients, as necessary. Dealing with Credit control procedures submitting Legal Aid claims. - Training will be given.
