as a Casino Cashier! -- Address: 12A Union Road, Magherafelt, BT45.

We are seeking

part-time staff, aged 21+.

?

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the exciting gaming industry. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This role offers great flexibility, with shifts available on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Specific availability and preferences can be discussed further during the interview.

Role: 18 to 32 hours per week

?

Shift Styles:

08:30 am - 5:30 pm

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

5:30 pm - 1:00 am

?

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain tidy records and accounts at the cash desk.

Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a positive gaming experience.

Adhere to company procedures and gaming standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.

Qualifications:

Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Friendly and approachable personality.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential.

Strong communication skills.

A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Attention to detail to spot discrepancies in cash handling and transactions.

Each shift is overseen by one staff member responsible for the operation and supervision of the casino.

Someone based in the local area of the store is ideal. Must have a valid driving license and means to travel to work.
