Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Hours of work
The hours involve day time and evening shifts and includes late nights, weekends and bank holidays based on a weekly rota. You will not be working the same days each week therefore flexibility will be required.
Candidates must be over 21.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries in a courteous manner Operate cash system accurately and process transactions swiftly Handle cash with precision and integrity Ensure the Casino floor & service areas remains clean and tidy.
Skills
Fluency in English, additional languages is advantageous Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Must be able to work as part of a team or on own.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
