We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Restaurant Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be quick-thinking, customer-focused, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities with a positive attitude. In this role, you will assist both in the front of house and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach. Take orders, serve food, and handle customer requests promptly. Operate the till, handle cash and card transactions accurately. Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation, cleaning, and organisation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the restaurant. Think creatively and work flexibly to help solve problems and improve service. Contribute to a welcoming and lively atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable personality. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and take on different roles as needed. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential--full training will be provided. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
