Role Requirements

Must-Haves


Exceptional Communicator: Ability to clearly explain complex statistical concepts and performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client leadership. Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Excel and pivot tables. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau). Able to read and write SQL queries and understand relational databases. Gaming KPI Knowledge: Solid grasp of slot and table game performance metrics such as coin-in, theoretical win, handle pulls, RTP, time-on-device, win/drop/hold, table spreads, and game mix. While you don't need operational experience, a strong understanding of what drives gaming performance is essential. Educational Background:E A degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Client-Focused Problem Solver: Capable of building rapport with end users, understanding their business goals, and converting data insights into actionable strategies. Team-Oriented: Experience working in collaborative analytics environments and contributing to shared goals. Additional Requirements: Must have a clean criminal record and be willing to travel approximately 15-25% of the time to client sites.




Nice-to-Haves


Experience using Tableau (or similar tools) to build dashboards and visualizations Prior experience in a casino analytics, performance, or operational role Background in building or working with predictive data models Exposure to business development or client-facing presentations
