We're looking for a
Casino Performance Manager
to drive results across our clients; ensuring growth through insight, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Your influential mission. You will...
Own and drive Casino (Slots/Side Games) performance across our Bingo and Poker clients.
Build strong, outcome-driven relationships with operators and internal teams.
Be the central point of contact for all Casino-related performance queries.
Monitor daily slot performance, identify risks early, and respond with pace.
Execute commercially impactful promotional campaigns and product launches.
Optimise game positioning and menus to maximise visibility and performance.
Share performance insights in a clear, actionable format that drives decisions.
Feed into strategic planning with data-led recommendations.
Review and continuously improve activity based on performance and feedback.
Qualifications

Have prior experience in the gaming industry (e.g. iGaming, online casino, lottery), with specific expertise in Casino (slots/side games) performance and promotions.
Possess strong analytical and commercial acumen, to inform decisions and drive growth.
Are confident working with performance data and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Understand gaming, entertainment, and player engagement mechanics across B2B and B2C environments.
Translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations.
Communicate assertively and build trusted, outcome-focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, outcomes-driven approach; balancing strategic thinking with hands-on action.
Thrive under pressure, demonstrating high ownership, attention to detail, and accountability.
Have a track record of operational execution, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
