We are recruiting

professional and reliable SIA Licensed Security Officers (SG or DS)

to join our team at a busy casino venue in Cheltenham.
This is an indoor, customer-facing role requiring strong situational awareness, excellent conduct, and confident enforcement of casino policies.

We are flexible on shift patterns and will build the rota based on the successful applicants.

Shift Patterns

We are looking for officers who can work

beyond weekends

, with availability for nights across the week.
Shift pattern will be finalised depending on who joins the team, such as:

4 on / 4 off

Fixed weekly rota

Combination of weekdays + weekends

Officers must arrive

15 minutes early

for handover.

Key Duties

Monitoring gaming areas and maintaining a safe, secure casino environment Conducting regular patrols throughout the premises Observing and reporting suspicious behaviour Supporting staff with incidents, disputes, or customer concerns Enforcing casino entry policies Refusing entry to intoxicated or disruptive individuals Monitoring property and equipment, reporting faults Logging all incidents accurately in the

and site logbook

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Licence:

Security Guard (SG) or Door Supervisor (DS) Previous experience in casinos, hospitality, or busy public venues preferred Excellent communication and conflict management skills Smart, professional appearance:

white shirt, black trousers, smart shoes

Confident using radios and mobile reporting systems Calm, polite, and professional under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 62.5 per week
