Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively bar and pub environment, providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a driving licence and vehicle, 18+ and be friendly, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced setting with confidence. Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is essential, and full till training will be provided. This position is paid and suitable for those looking to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Serve drinks efficiently and responsibly to customers, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments with precision Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces Restock supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and other bar essentials Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts Provide friendly assistance and recommendations to customers regarding drinks and menu options Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a bar, pub, or hospitality environment is essential; full training will be provided for suitable candidates on our till system. Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude are essential Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 12.21-18.66 per hour
