Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment. Assist in food preparation as needed, including serving food during events or banquets. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and adherence to dietary requirements. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.

Skills

Previous fine dining experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering services. Familiarity with banquet operations is an asset. Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Background in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in coffee service. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
