We are currently recruiting for a

Breakfast Waiter

to join our Restaurant Team working flexible shifts at the

Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa.

Working in our One Square Restaurant you will be expected to cover breakfast shifts, from 06.30am and including at weekends. This is an ideal role for a student looking for some part time work, flexible with your studies.


Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is one of Scotland's leading 5 star hotels. As the largest 5 star hotel, we also have the biggest banqueting and meeting facilities of any hotel in Edinburgh with a capacity of up to 500 and our One Square Restaurant and bar.

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Essential Functions

To work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction, taking orders; delivering food and hot drinks as well as clearing tables and ensuring the buffet area is well presented. In addition, it is expected that you will engage with our guests and give them a warm welcome and help make the start of their day a good one!

Requirements:

Food & Beverage Service Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given Excellent written and spoken English Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours Impeccable personal presentation
