About us

Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor. this small and people - led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide.

In 2015, the directors of Windsor and Eton Brewery acquired The George Inn Eton to continue making beer Windsor`s biggest attraction.

The Inn was originally build in around 1750 with traditional Georgian construction of solid brickwork, timber framed floors and a pitched tiled floor.

Key responsibilities ( the list is not exhaustive)

To ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard

Delivering high volumes of high-quality food

Provide a standard of food that complies with food safety regulations

Achieve company standards

Comply with Food and Health and Safety regulations

The ability to work under pressure and a passion for constructing innovative and exciting menus

Experience and skills

Previous experience preferably within a pub environment

Preferably Food Hygiene level 2, and extensive knowledge of u to date food allergen legislation

A real passion for hospitality and delivering great service

Able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

Team player and able to work in busy environments

Must be able to work a variety of shifts

Must be highly organised and be a very hands-on person & well versed in working in a team

Eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative

Please note, this role requires flexibility with regards to working hours and willingness to work when required
