Duties
Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Support to foster teamwork and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Assist the kitchen lead with food production for race days and events.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the hospitality industry is desirable.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
