The Role:

New House Country Hotel is a fast-paced and busy major weddings and events venue, nestled up high, overlooking Cardiff and the bay beyond. Guests choose to trust us with their very special life events, and in return, we offer a warm, Welsh welcome. It is a fast-paced environment, where we seek team members who enjoy customer service and would take pride in working with a fantastic team and looking after their guests. We offer full training and are seeking individuals who love people and have a personality to match.

What does work as a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant look like:

Food & Beverage Maestro:

You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience.

Team Player:

You will be a vital part of the team and contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making everyday experiences special.
