The role:

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Services Advisors to join our team, you will be based at BH Live Active Pyramids, which has high-quality fitness facilities including a cardio zone, free weights, functional fitness, group cycle studio and PULSE studio.



BH Live Active, Pyramids also offers a wide range of fitness classes. Classes include Les Mills, yoga, group cycling and much more

You will:

Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets Administer and maintain our membership schemes Administer a booking system

You will need:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT and administration skills An understanding of the importance of customer care Experience in dealing with customers

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
