Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Casual Delivery Driver to support our operations by transporting and delivering goods between our branches. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, effective communication abilities and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport and deliver automotive goods to various customers using company delivery vans.
Verify the accuracy of all orders prior to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Obtain customer signatures for deliveries using PDA systems to maintain accurate records.
Collect and return goods as needed, completing Goods Return Notes in a clear and accurate manner.
Promote our business by informing customers of current special offers and new products when appropriate.
Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a smart appearance and ensuring uniform and delivery vehicle are presentable at all times.
Perform other branch duties as required to support team operations.
Qualifications:
Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Excellent driving skills proven through experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with the geographical area of Keighley and surrounding regions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays, as required.
