Job Description
Casual contract for Mercedes-Benz of Taunton to assist with the collection and delivery of vehicles in our sales and service departments.
12.21
per hour + 1.48 per hour holiday pay = 13.69 per hour.
JOB PURPOSE
Efficient delivery of customer and company vehicles Consistently exceed customer expectations Delivers and maintains high standards in line with the business needs & franchise contract
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for the efficient delivery of customer and company vehicles
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes the Mercedes-Benz culture of quality and excellence Works in line with the company & Mercedes-Benz standards and processes Ensures customer vehicles are delivered in a timely manner Effectively liaises with relevant departments across the business Gives customer focus priority throughout the business Communicates and develops strong personal relationships with customers to deliver a high level of service Ensures that all customer complaints are referred the relevant line manager Provide assistance in all areas of the business as required Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law Ensures all capital outlay is approved by their line manager
KNOWLEDGE & SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS
