About the Role
As a
Casual Duty Manager
, you'll be the welcoming face and operational lead during performances, rehearsals, hires, and public events. You'll manage our fantastic Welcome Team, ensuring every visitor has a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience. From opening the building to leading emergency procedures, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our venue.
We'll provide full training in Health & Safety, Customer Service, Disability Awareness, and Security--so you're fully equipped to shine in the role.

What You'll Do
Lead and motivate the Welcome Team during events
Ensure the building is safe, clean, and ready for audiences
Act as the "Responsible Person" during public events
Deliver outstanding customer service and accessibility support
Manage incidents and emergencies with professionalism
Complete show reports and maintain accurate records
