Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.
Perform assigned tasks efficiently, following event guidelines and instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
