Job Summary

We are looking for a Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide friendly, efficient service, set up and maintain the breakfast area, and ensure every guest starts their day with a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome. Serve food and drinks. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet to high standards. Provide information on menu items, allergens, and dietary options. Maintain cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant at all times. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Requirements

Previous hospitality, waiter/waitress, or food service experience preferred but not essential. Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills. Ability to work early mornings (6:30am start), weekends, and holidays. Good communication skills and professional presentation. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
