Casual Food & Beverage Assistant
Job Description
We are looking to appoint casual Food and Beverage Assistants to work alongside our colleagues at The Gwyn Hall in Neath for our busy summer season.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will need to:
To carry out pre service duties such as preparing food items, confectionary, beverages, table set ups, and other duties.
To ensure that you follow the health and safety at work act, operate a hygienic practice and adhere to HACCP and monitor the systems and procedures.
To ensure that all customers are provided with an excellent attentive service that is adaptable to meet all requirements of the customer.
To ensure that the products on offer are well stocked and at the right quality and quantity and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout the service.
NVQ Level 2 food preparation, food and beverage service is a desirable qualification
Due to licensing laws applicants must be over the age of 18.
Pay: 12.26 per hour
Work Location: In person
