Job Summary
As a Casual Coach, you will play a key role in leading, supporting, and developing individuals or teams in a fun, safe, and encouraging setting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible working hours and is committed to making a positive impact through sport or physical activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective and engaging training sessions Promote skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship Adapt coaching strategies to suit varying skill levels and age groups Maintain a safe and supportive environment Communicate effectively with participants, parents/guardians, and fellow staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in coaching or instructing (volunteer or paid) A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Relevant coaching qualification(s) or willingness to obtain them Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to acquire) Working With Children Check (or equivalent, if applicable) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Volunteer
Pay: 11.44-15.00 per hour
