About the opportunity: We are looking for a number of Casual Front of House Assistants to be the face of Everton Football Club at our brand new Everton Stadium, and be the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing friendliness and professional outset.
Covering holidays, illnesses and additional cover of reception areas across all Club sites, you will greet, provide advice, information and assistance to our diverse visitors during mid-week, weekends, evenings and matchdays if required.
Other core responsibilities you will cover as part of this role include:To interact with colleagues from other departments to ensure good working relationships and delivery of 'Nil Satis Nisi Optimum' front of house experience To identify the specific nature of the query and apply the appropriate action response Liaise with and/or refer calls to other departments/external parties where necessary.

Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service and first-class front of house experience and has proven experience of working in a customer facing environment and can effectively manage customer / staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and consistently manage expectations.
This position is on a casual basis but with the offer of moving across sites, the closing date of this advert is Tuesday 20th May 2025.
