The Role





We are excited to announce a new opportunity for Casual Invigilators to join our Examinations Team at Blackpool and The Fylde College. This important role ensures that examinations are conducted in line with regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of all exam sessions.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:





As a Casual Invigilator, you will play a vital role in supporting the fair and smooth running of examinations. Key responsibilities include:


Supervising and overseeing examinations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with JCQ, awarding body, and College regulations. Ensuring the security and confidentiality of examination materials before, during, and after each session. Supporting the setup of examination rooms, admitting candidates, distributing papers, and maintaining a calm, controlled environment. Monitoring candidates throughout the exam to prevent malpractice and ensure compliance with exam conditions. Collecting and returning completed examination scripts securely to the Exams Officer.
