14.12 per hour (raising to 14.51 from 01.09.25) + percentage of holiday paid based on working hours

We are seeking Minibus Drivers to join our team of Casual drivers who provide support to cover staff absences for transporting our students to and from school. These shifts are 06:15 - 08:45 and 15:15 - 17:45/18:45 Monday - Friday term time only, and we would accommodate your preferred availability (AM and/or PM).
There may be other ad hoc opportunities for supporting events across the school calendar during term-time which might include driving students to sports fixtures or school trips.



You will join a friendly and very welcoming team of both permanent and Casual drivers. Key requirements include:
A valid Cat D1 classification on your driving licence plus an acceptable driving record; Have/be prepared to take the MIDAS qualification; The ability to react calmly in emergency situations; Over 21 years of age; Have/be prepared to take a suitable First Aid qualification; Maintaining good customer relations with parents and the school and contributing to a good atmosphere on the bus.
This is an important role within school as we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will be experienced, conscientious and professional in all aspects of this position. Being trustworthy and reliable is also of utmost importance.
