Welcome to Richmond Fellowship\xe2\x80\x99s Lincolnshire Crisis Service as a Casual Recovery Worker.

Lincolnshire Crisis Service have two houses in the county, one in Boston and another in Lincoln, we both work to a recovery model. We provide a range of support for people with mental ill health and both work to a recovery model. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards. This role does require you to work varied hours as the service is 24/7 and may include some sleep in shifts, these are paid in addition.

We know that recovery can look and feel very different to each and every one of us. But we also know that if we provide the right support, at the right time, we can inspire recovery nationwide and that recovery is possible for everyone. That\xe2\x80\x99s where you come in. Responsible for helping and inspiring the people who use our services, we\xe2\x80\x99ll rely on you to work with them to come up with a personal support plan that will see them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience would be welcomed and full training will be provided. More important is your caring and compassionate nature and empathy and enthusiasm for helping others. Whatever your background, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be happy to work both independently and within a team and willing to be part of a weekly rota system and available for on call duties.
