The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and interested in the rapidly evolving ecigarette industry. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers, processing sales, and maintaining a tidy and well-stocked environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Providing expert advice on our range of ecigarette products, e-liquids, and accessories. Processing sales accurately using our POS system. Handling cash and card transactions. Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment. Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are well-presented. Assisting with inventory management and stock checks. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Adhering to all age verification policies and responsible sales practices.

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. A genuine interest in ecigarettes and vaping products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Must be over 18 years of age due to the nature of the products sold. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required for a casual role.
