Sports Direct is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Leeds, United Kingdom. As a key member of our retail staff, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our sports and fitness products to help customers make informed decisions Operate the till and process sales transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organised sales floor Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction Participate in visual merchandising to create attractive product displays Stay up-to-date with current promotions and offers Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and sales transactions Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and assist with stock movement Keen interest in sports and fitness products Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
