Sports Direct is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. As a key member of our retail staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience Assist in maintaining high store standards and implement visual merchandising guidelines Process and replenish stock efficiently to ensure product availability Ensure accurate pricing of products throughout the store Support regular stock inventory processes Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment Adapt to changing priorities and peak trading periods with a flexible approach

Qualifications

Genuine passion for customer service and ability to engage with diverse clientele Strong goal orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to approach customers proactively Adaptable and flexible work ethic, willing to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues Enthusiasm for promoting Sports Direct values and culture Interest in sports and fitness (preferred but not essential) Previous retail experience (advantageous but not required)
