Sports Direct is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Offer product advice and recommendations based on customers' needs Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented Operate the till and process sales transactions accurately Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction Participate in promotional activities and special events Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and current promotions

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Team player with a positive attitude Knowledge of sports equipment and apparel (desirable) Previous retail experience (preferred but not required) Genuine interest in sports and fitness Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
