A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) - newly qualified therapists are welcome! A deep understanding of five-star guest care and a desire to exceed expectations. The ability to create a serene, peaceful environment for every guest. A passion for holistic treatments and tailoring experiences to individual needs. Impeccable grooming, communication skills, and a confident, caring presence. The stamina and enthusiasm to deliver treatments throughout the day - with plenty of support and breaks!

Your Role as a Spa Therapist

Delivering a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards. Keeping treatment rooms pristine and fully stocked. Recommending products and treatments that enhance the guest experience. Supporting your team and stepping in when needed. Meeting sales targets and earning commission rewards. Continuously improving through training and feedback.
